Megan Pavia is a Connecticut based REALTOR focusing on Fairfield County and investments in Windham County. She hit the ground running in 2018 and hasn't looked back since. Growing up Megan would steal the New York Times Real Estate section from her dad and diligently read all the listings. Post college Megan started buying rental properties with her husband and building their own rental portfolio. She teamed up with Sallie Craig after she helped Megan and Frank purchase their personal home in Stamford. 

What Megan loves about Real Estate is that she truly feels like she is helping people achieve their goals whether it’s buying their first home, downsizing and selling their forever home, or renting. Megan has vast knowledge when it comes to rental properties and property managment  and she loves to talk about the power of investing.

Megan is an open book and enjoys meeting new people. She loves connecting my friends and clients with the right contacts and often joke she is like the “yellow pages”. She currently lives in Stamford, where she was born and raised, with her husband Frank and her two daughters.
